Lights, sound, runway…FDCI X Lakmé Fashion Week 2022 is back in the gulf and the powerhouse of fashion and beauty has ‘innovation’ up its sleeve. The coming together of two powerhouses in the fashion world means this season is going to be bigger and a whole lot better.

After the first physical edition held in Delhi in March 2022, the City of Dreams will witness an exciting chapter in Mumbai’s iconic, new historic destination – the Jio World Convention Center between October 12 and 16.

In keeping with the spirit of collaboration between FDCI and Lakme Fashion Week, the five days of fashion will celebrate the best talent the industry has to offer through shows and powerhouse designers, brand partners and the like. The event kicks off on October 11 with a spectacular opening show by fashion designer Anamika Khanna and concludes on October 16 with the best of beauty and fashion presented at the Lakme Absolute Grand Finale.

Every season famous and popular fashion designers rule the runway with their creations. The current Liquid Runway will have shows by leading and renowned designers including Shahab Durazi, who is returning to the runway after 12 years, Abraham & Thakore, Anand Khabra, Gaurang, Gesha Designs by Paras & Shalini, Nachiket Barve, Not Too Serious by Pallavi.
