A networking event for business women in the Black Hills

RAPID CITY, SD (KEVIN) – A group dedicated to empowering South Dakota entrepreneurs and small business owners hosted a Women in Rapid City networking luncheon Tuesday at the Rushmore Hotel in Rapid City, which focused on empowering women in business and economic development across the Black Hills. .

There are several women in the Black Hills who are CEOs of their own companies. Held at the South Dakota Enterprise Opportunity Center, this monthly networking event allows entrepreneurs to meet other businesswomen and learn different strategies. From business expansion, wealth building and online marketing to help grow their businesses in South Dakota and beyond.

“It’s important for women to know what other small businesses and resources are out there. Because there is so much we can do to help each other. So providing spaces where women can come together and talk about business, workplace issues, their careers, or the technical aspects of delivery. Finding people who can relate to them on a personal level. Helping our businesses grow and succeed is truly critical,” said Marketing Specialist Bailey Sadowski.
