Representative Larry Hoff has been appointed to River Bank’s Board of Directors
Riverview Bancorp Inc. Representative Larry Hoff of Southwest Washington’s 18th Legislative District recently announced his appointment to River Bank’s Board of Directors.
Hoff has served on the boards of the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital Foundation, the Clark County Fire Department of Community Services and the Longview Noon Rotary. He received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Dakota.
“I am honored to serve on the board of a local community bank that has served the area for nearly 100 years,” said Hoff. “I am grateful to be a part of an amazing organization that supports local communities and where decision-making is done locally.”
Hoff is not running for re-election to his House seat.
Washington physicians are recognized by the State Medical Association
Washington physicians and health care organizations were recently recognized by the Washington State Medical Association for their contributions to leadership, service and medicine and patient safety.
The recognitions were part of the Washington State Medical Association’s Apple Awards program presented at the 2022 House of Representatives Oct. 1 at historic Davenport in Spokane.
Two members of the Washington State Medical Association, including Patricia Woodden of Vancouver, received the President’s Unsung Hero Award.
This award recognizes a member of the association who has made extraordinary service to the profession in making Washington the best state in which to practice medicine and receive care. Wooden is a Vancouver family medicine physician honored for her efforts to support physician health at PeaceHealth.
