The filing of S-3 registration statements is administrative in nature and is intended to convert previous registration statements on Form S-1 to registration statements on Form S-3. The Company may incorporate by reference all future SEC filings into S-3 registration statements. Previous S-1 registration statements required periodic updates to keep them current.
