Giorgio Armani, Zegna among luxury fashion brands by giving fashion makeovers to sports teams

A series of photos featuring Real Madrid’s star footballers shows the team enlisting the help of an Italian menswear brand for a stylish makeover.

The team will use Zegna designs as part of their travel wardrobe for the 2022/2023 season. The official team uniform includes pieces designed exclusively for the players. The collection presented at Zegna Boutiques reflects the evolution of athletic wear and the fusion of fashion with form and function.

The players wore Zegna home jackets, matching joggers and sneakers in black with subtle orange and white detailing. The overall aesthetic is travel-friendly and versatile luxury.

Zenga is one of many fashion brands to develop collections in collaboration with sports teams. It’s one way luxury names can strengthen their athletic apparel and athletic apparel segments and align themselves with the lifestyles of elite athletes.
