South Portland and Westbrook, ME – Maine Behavioral Health Care (MBH) announced today Jason Rosenberg, MSNThe Associate Registered Nurse Leader will assume the role of Chief Nursing Officer on September 12, 2022.
Rosenberg is no stranger to it MaineHealth He is transitioning from his current role as director of hospital services Stephen Memorial Hospital In Norway, a position he assumed in 2019, as CNO, Rosenberg is responsible for overseeing nursing care, treatment and services across MBH, including Spring Harbor Hospital.
“Jason’s expertise in nursing leadership, passion for behavioral health services, and knowledge of the MaineHealth system make him the ideal candidate for this position.” Kelly Barton, MBH President. “Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to communicate and engage with staff to build programs and improve processes that support care and safety in all our settings.”
Prior to his current role, Rosenberg served at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, where he held leadership positions as director of emergency services and behavioral services. He earned a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from St. Joseph’s College in Maine.
