baltimore – UMBC men’s soccer did the job on both ends of the field, blanking St. Peter’s 3-0 in front of 1,064 fans at Reiter Soccer Park.

  • Jones is now tied for sixth on UMBC’s all-time shutout list with Robbie Mamula (’93) and Andy Marchica (’06). He earned his 24th career victory, tying him with Steve King (’09) on the all-time wins list.
  • UMBC scored multiple goals for the sixth time in seven games this season with a 21-7 win over St. Peter’s.

UMBC will play at St. Joseph’s next Saturday, Sept. 24 before opening America East play at Retriever Football Park.
