The 23-year-old showed off Celine in a matching top and mini dress at the Wiltern event on Dec. 8, but her new hair color, now a bright and vibrant orange, stole the spotlight.
But Philipp’s fashion statement didn’t end there as her outfit was just as daring. She flaunted a striped black and white mini dress with a short sleeve crop top, revealing a black bikini top underneath.
Philip wore strappy black heels and a cute pale yellow bag, adding several rings, bracelets and necklaces to complete the look.
Although, with that hair, she doesn’t even need accessories!
