Kiel and Frede spent their money on chickens and began selling the eggs around Wisconsin. Kiel came up with the idea after realizing how much he could buy with his savings.
Their mother, Brittany Kiel, said she had enough money to save for an ice cream cone. Or You can save money for something big down the road. Kiel decided to save the money. He then plans to buy chickens and sell the eggs, and Frede joins. Now you can make more money. “Like a pile of money,” Frede said.
Their parents were on board, but they had a contract: they would build a poultry farm and provide the food, but buy the chickens (they have eight), which was up to Kiel and Frede.
“It’s been really fun watching them develop and develop this plan. And we’ve really seen their tracking with that,” Britney said.
