Washington DC – Today, U.S. Sen. Shelley Moore (RW.Va.) joined a bipartisan group of senators in introducing legislation led by U.S. Sens. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) and Tim Scott (R.S.C.) to help reform Capito College.
