Virginia Tech returns home to face Boston College and Syracuse

blacksburg – of The Virginia Tech volleyball team returns to Cassell Coliseum to open ACC play at home. The Hokies will play at Boston College on Friday, September 30 at 1 p.m., followed by Syracuse on Sunday, October 2.

Scouting Boston College

This season, Boston College is 13-3 with a 1-1 mark in ACC play. Kate Brennan leads the ACC in hitting at .478 and ranks fourth in blocks with 64 total blocks and an average of 1.10 per set. Alayna Crabtree is 30th in the NCAA and second in the ACC for service aces with 25 and averages 0.51 per set. She leads the Eagles with 161 kills this season.
