The ACC Network (ACCN), the 24/7 national platform dedicated to ACC sports, will offer an extensive 2022 competitive sports schedule that includes more than 70 field hockey, men’s and women’s soccer and volleyball matches on ACCN as part of ESPN Networks coverage. In addition, ACC Network Extra (ACCNX), the network’s digital arm available on the ESPN app, carries more than 400 ACC events.
Regular season games include 25 women’s soccer games, 21 volleyball games, 18 men’s soccer games and 10 field hockey games.
Sunday best
Returning for the 2022 fall season, the ACCN will begin nine straight Sunday marquee field hockey, women’s soccer and volleyball matches on Sunday, August 28. Sunday’s Best of the ACCN 40 showcases the incredible ACC women’s sports programs that combined to win the NCAA Fall. championship, including NCAA women’s soccer champion and preseason No. 1 Florida State. FSU women’s soccer, 21-time national champion North Carolina women’s soccer, three-time Women’s College Bowl champion Notre Dame, nine-time field hockey champion North Carolina and last season’s NCAA volleyball national semifinalists Louisville and Pitt will play a total of 20 games. Sunday this fall. Additional women’s soccer and volleyball matches will be held on Wednesday and Thursday.
TGIF Men’s Soccer
Friday nights in the ACCN are ACC men’s soccer again this season with 12 Friday night conference matchups lined up, including four doubleheaders. ACC Men’s Soccer Since the turn of the century, the league has enjoyed an unprecedented level of success, winning nine NCAA titles – more than any other conference and fielding more teams in the NCAA Men’s Soccer Championship each season. Reigning NCAA champion and preseason No. 1 Clemson is slated for three regular-season events in the ACCN this fall.
