Streamlined focus on SaaS platform, increased resources for marketing and sales
April – June 2022

We have had an extraordinary quarter with near-term historical events, mainly in financial and political developments on the global stage. Despite these tumultuous times in our environment, our operations continue at the same pace as in previous quarters, without a hitch.
Aino worked hard with sales and marketing in the second quarter, streamlining the offering for its SaaS platform and onboarding additional customers such as UPM and several DHL divisions. The Transcom Netherlands expansion has now been successfully implemented.
During the quarter, we worked hard on developing a strategy for additional SaaS licenses and focused on sales and marketing to fully support the chosen direction. This means that we do not provide consulting services in organization and management, as we see that our core business value is delivered through the SaaS platform.
One of our existing clients, a global company, chose to expand its contract in Sweden operations with another 3,200 licenses during the quarter. We consider it very positive that more and more of our existing global customers are choosing to extend our platform to other parts of their organizations.
We are seeing a growing trend of reporting and auditing in employee sustainability in large global organizations. This spring, I visited CSR Europe’s national partner organizations, which include several large employers in Europe, to discuss how they are dealing with the new EU Labor Sustainability Act. Interest was high and many in attendance were interested in how we have worked with the issue over the past 25 years.
During this year’s Almedalen week, Aino, together with PWC and Sodexo, held a seminar to discuss how large international organizations are implementing sick leave and wellness in their organizations. It was a very rewarding panel discussion that, along with other VSB meetings, boosted our belief that our platform can be part of the solution to common societal challenges in the future.
SaaS subscriptions
As of June 30, Eye Health has about 70,000 subscribers.
