The 69-page complaint filed Tuesday by CarePoint Health RWJBarnabas Health Inc. A years-long effort to violate federal and state antitrust laws accuses it of “conspiring with others to eliminate competition and monopolize the provision of general acute care hospital services and related health care services in northern New Jersey.”
