cincinnati – The Bengals placed Wyatt Hubert on the defensive/retired list on Saturday.
The 24-year-old announced his retirement shortly after.
“The reason for this decision is my physical health,” Hubert said in a statement. Unfortunately, I have dealt with a lot of injuries on the field that have taken a toll on my game, my body and my game.
Hubert missed the 2021 campaign with a torn pectoral muscle. See his statement below.
