Through its new partnership with pulseData, Primary Health is striving to improve the health of people living with chronic kidney disease (CKD).

Grand Rapids, Michigan Chronic kidney disease, or CKD, is estimated to affect up to 37 million Americans, and through a new partnership with pulseData, Priority Health is working to improve the health of people living with this disease, as well as other chronic diseases.

pulseData’s artificial intelligence capabilities collect and analyze patient data and suggest CKD-related care management options for Priority Health. The ultimate goal is to reach patients living with the disease in a more timely manner to facilitate care interventions such as screening, medication reminders, and healthy eating recommendations.

“At Priority Health, we want to make it easier for our members to take action on their personal health journeys by providing essential tools and resources,” said James Forshee, senior vice president and chief medical officer of Priority Health. “Our partnership with pulseData allows us to continue to meet the needs of our members with innovative data and evidence-based care solutions that help drive better individualized health outcomes.”
