BISMARCK – Two key priorities for the North Dakota Health and Human Services Agency are behavioral health and strong, stable families. These topics are the cornerstones of an upcoming conference held Oct. 11-13 by the agency’s Division of Behavioral Health and Services for Children and Families. Individuals can attend in person at the Holiday Inn Fargo or via live stream online.

The conference will also feature a variety of workshops, including understanding adolescent substance use from a mental and behavioral perspective, evidence-based treatment for trauma in telehealth, addressing post-pandemic trauma, e-sports adaptation, gaming and gambling.

It is $175 for the three-day conference and $25 for university students and foster and adoptive parents.

To register online or learn more about the conference, visit inspire2022.vfairs.com. Individuals registered for the event will receive an email with information including a link to the live stream.

The conference offers professionals the opportunity to receive 14 continuing education units and three additional CEUs specific to ethics.
