Carol G is a very successful singer and model. She’s also not afraid to show off her fitness routine. Carol posted a new set of swimsuit photos on Instagram. Carroll is about authenticity. She says that no matter where her career goes, she will always stay true to herself. Carol thinks that’s how she’s had so much success. “When I started, I tried to please others,” she says. Billboard. “Now I’m me, I talk about what I want in my songs, I dress how I want to dress, and I believe that people really connect with me when I decide to present myself as I am.”


Carol doesn’t follow rules. She will break them. She was awarded the “Rule Breaker” award from Billboard. “Breaking the rules has always been the basis of my project,” Carroll said in an interview. “For example, if we want to work with a brand, what do we do completely differently?”

No matter how busy she is, Carol makes sure to get consistent exercise. she says. People As you do a lot of vigorous activities. “I do exercise circuits. If there’s a big gym in the hotel, I lift weights, but we usually bring our own elastic bands. My training is more focused on CrossFit.”

Carol spoke to PEOPLE about her diet and eating habits. She says she doesn’t restrict herself too much when she tries to eat healthy. “I don’t like very strict diets,” she says. “I eat a good steak with sweet potatoes and vegetables. You have to have a balance. I have insulin issues and it’s very stressful for me to maintain a good weight.”

Although Carol doesn’t put herself on a strict diet, she does cut out or limit things. She revealed her food secret to people. “I don’t eat sweets, I cut back on dairy, and I only eat Greek yogurt with granola twice a week. I don’t eat fast food like burgers.”
