HONOLULU – Pacific Tech 2022, presented by the Hawaii Technology Development Corporation (HTDC) and the Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism (DBEDT), returns to Hawaii with a host of expert speakers from government agencies. New solutions, prime contractors needing prime contractors and new funding vehicles will increase the speed of solving government problems with small business solutions.
This year’s conference will be held October 24-26, 2022 in Honolulu, Hawaii at the Hawaii Convention Center. Approximately 150 attendees from the Pacific region and federal agency representatives are expected to attend.
The U.S. Indo-Pacific Command will invest $27 billion over the next five years, and Hawaii’s geographic location in the middle of the Pacific Ocean makes the area a critical part of U.S. military strategic operations. Pacific Tech 2022 will feature more than 35 contracting officers, technology scouts from multiple combatant commands, WERX program managers, expedited contracting vehicle managers, OTA government representatives, contracting experts and prime sourcing partners at a fraction of the cost of other similar conferences.
Speakers Dr. George Kailiwai III, Director, Requirements and Resources (J8), Headquarters, US Indo-Pacific Command (HQ USINDOPACOM); Science and technology consultants from many services; and Eric Page-Littleford, SBA’s Senior Technology Policy Advisor.
The conference title sponsor is Decisive Point, a venture capital firm that invests in deep technology innovations in security, health, energy and infrastructure. Along with Milestone, Pacific Tech 2022 is proud to announce additional sponsors that include: KPMG, NecoTech, Premier Solutions HI LLC., RVCM Pacmar Technologies.
