Bayern Munich’s Serge Gnabry will not start Saturday’s Bundesliga match against Eintracht Frankfurt, coach Julian Nagelsmann said on Friday, giving the German winger a few days’ notice.
Gnabry has been out of form recently and made a brief trip to Paris Fashion Week last week as he drew 1-1 with RB Leipzig and did nothing to improve his standing in the squad.

Several pictures of him wearing expensive fashion brands have been released on social media, angering club chiefs, with Bayer Sporting Director Hasan Salihamidic calling him an “amateur”.
Gnabry earned a starting place in Tuesday’s 1-1 draw with Cologne but was withdrawn at half-time, with Nagelsmann saying he would start Kingsley Coman on Saturday instead.
“[Serge Gnabry] Nagelsmann had a chance to respond at a news conference in Cologne. He wasn’t good at Cologne, so that’s obvious. [trip to Paris] It is prominent in the media.
“We had a good conversation and I explained to him my point of view on things and told him that the substitution in Cologne was related to the performance, not the trip to Paris.”
“We have a player [Kingsley Coman]He’s on the bench and he’s done really well and he’ll start tomorrow.”

Bayern, who are leading the table with 36 points, have not won a single league game this season, while Eintracht’s good form has seen them move up to fourth place, five points behind Bayern.
“When you don’t win it’s like the atmosphere at Bayern,” Nagelsmann said. “The boys have trained well since the Cologne game. No one is too sad or too happy.”
“Flow is built unconsciously, when you have more than 90 minutes and don’t think about how to start a game well.
“You have to play the game as if there’s one situation that could be crucial from the start. That’s how you develop that flow.”
Just talking about perspective and right thinking doesn’t make it. In the last two matches, we didn’t have the necessary attitude beyond 90 minutes.
