Tomer Pérez has been in Jerusalem since his childhood to see his portraits, which focus on the interpersonal relationships of his life. A high point in Perez’s life was serving in the Israeli military at several locations in the Middle East, which inspired his latest collection ‘War Is Over’. The artist reproduces military uniforms and incorporates his art into a new, symbolic meaning – the end of peace and war.
