MINOT, ND (KMOT) – After a tragedy struck a family at this year’s KMOT Ag Expo, they turned to natural remedies and ingredients to develop products.
Life-Giving Seeds is a business that works with North Dakota farmers to produce health and wellness-friendly products.
Hannah Erbels first started by offering a peaceful, natural anti-depressant product with no side effects. The business took off from there.
They now sell CBD products and processed grains like flax and hemp for material supplies.
The products are used for human food, but also for pet food companies.
“We think that sourcing is very important not only to us, but to the consumer as well as our food supply chain. And we need to focus on the data.” In fact, if you don’t know where your product comes from, you don’t know what’s in it, so that’s part of our story,” said President Hanna Erbel.
They offer a variety of products that are made in North Dakota and shipped across the country.
It was their first year at the KMOT Ag Expo and they are enjoying meeting other members of the ag community.
They are based on Bismarck.
