Reid Named ACC, National Player of the Week – Baseball – Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets

In the crucial ACC series at Pitt, Reid was red-hot at the expense, mashing four home runs, including a program-record-tying three in Sunday’s 15-3 series-clinching win. 643 for the weekend, scoring nine times and scoring twice for 10 RBI.

Naughty compiled a 1.571 slugging percentage and hit at a .643 clip, striking out just once in 14 at-bats in three games. The Garwood, NJ, native added a highlight-worthy dunk in right field to help keep the Panthers off the scoreboard.

Reid and the Yellow Jackets now hit the road for a five game series starting Wednesday, May 10 against Kennesaw State. First pitch is set for 6 p.m. and will air live on ESPN+.
