I am alive and have been in remission for eight months, which feels great. And I’m alive and kicking and I go to work. I am very happy to be back to work,” said the 75-year-old actor.
Neil will also star alongside Annette Bening in the upcoming limited series “Apples Don’t Fall.”
Neil was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma last March, the “terrible” stage 3 blood cancer he is now battling. Luckily, he says his cancer is now in remission and he’s looking to beat it like he managed to escape the T-Rex chase in Jurassic Park.
In the video, Neil thanked fans for their concern, but encouraged them not to worry about negative things like the investigation.
“Let’s not worry too much about ‘everything’ because I’m fine. all right.”
However, Neil’s health was only a concern after he was diagnosed with cancer on Friday in the opening chapter of his upcoming memoir.
“The thing is, I’m a cheater. Maybe dying… I have to hurry this up,” Sam wrote in the book.
