Raleigh, NC – Virginia Tech dropped its third ACC matchup of the season on Friday evening, as the Hokies fell, 1-0, to NC State. The result handed Tech its fourth 1-0 loss of the season.

NC State led by four as Tech headed into halftime scoreless, though the field goal was off target.

Virginia Tech came into the game in the second half and looked the more dangerous side as the period wore on.
