Phoenix (3TV/CBS 5) — Each week, Arizona Family takes a look at restaurants that have been recently inspected by the Maricopa County Department of Environmental Services. Some of the restaurants with the highest number of “risk factors” considered by inspectors to be major health code violations were selected for our Dirty Dining Report. September 28, 2022 Here are the Valley restaurants that didn’t score:
Lychee kitchen 23450 N. 19th Ave., Phoenix, AZ
4 violations
- Cook crab wontons with bare hands.
- Raw chicken and beef stocked over vegetables
Bagels ‘N Bialis 1455 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale
4 violations
- Bacon, cheese and salmon are not kept at the proper temperature.
- The worker cracking the eggs, then not washing hands properly
Creek Patio Grill 28244 N. Tatum Boulevard, Cave Creek, AZ
4 violations
- Lobster chili is not really cold
- There is no hand drying towel in the hand washing machine
Hue Gourmet Kitchen 66 S. Dobson Road, Mesa, AZ
4 violations
- When two employees are sad in dirty food and serving food
- Raw eggs stored on top of the noodles
Four Points by Sheraton South Phoenix 10831 S. 51st Street, Phoenix, AZ
5 violations
- There are no paper towels at the hand sink
- Raw eggs, cheese and ham are discarded because they are out of heat
- An employee handling dirty food and then touching clean food without washing
