The Mobile Health department will return for the fall 2022 semester

Fresno State Mobile health unit It will be back on the road for the fall 2022 semester to provide free health care to Fresno County residents. There will be five stops in September, including:

  • Cherry Avenue Auctions (4640 S. Cherry Ave., Fresno, CA 93706) from Tuesday, September 13 from 9 a.m. to noon.
  • Big Red Church (2131 N. Van Ness Blvd., Fresno, CA 93704) Thursday September 22 from 9 am to 1 pm
  • Mosqueda Bike Park (4670 Butler Ave., Fresno, CA 93702) from Tuesday, September 27, 9 a.m. to noon.
  • Reedley Community College (995 N. Reed Ave., Reedley, CA 93654) from Thursday September 29 from 10 am to 2 pmIn association with Ridley Community College’s Community Health and Wellness Fair.

Residents can get diabetes and blood pressure screenings as well as health assessments, nutrition information and referrals. The COVID-19 Pfizer Bivalent boosters are available for those 12 and older who received their first vaccination or last booster dose two months ago and while supplies last. Walk-in patients are accepted and no appointment is required.

September 22nd and September 27th is in collaboration with Member of Parliament Dr. Joaquin Arambula said the community resource fairs aimed to provide information from local agencies on health care, education, legal aid, workforce development and immigration services.
