Nate Robinson, who played 11 NBA seasons with the Kicks, Celtics, Thunder, Warriors, Bulls, Nuggets, Clippers and Pelicans He made a statement on Saturday It shows that he is fighting kidney failure.

The 38-year-old former point guard has been dealing with kidney failure personally for the past four years and hopes to be a vocal inspiration to others suffering from the same condition.

“I am currently undergoing treatment for kidney failure and have been doing so privately for the past four years. I am sharing this now because I want to be a voice for all those who struggle to talk about this disease and to come together for a greater cause: our health,” Robinson wrote.
