Monster truck rally
Head downtown for the Monster Truck Parade on Thursday, September 29 at 6 p.m.
The cars take off from Bob’s Wheel on Walnut, turn left and go straight to Growney Motors Inc. All the monster cars will stop at Growney Motors at the end of the spectacular parade with the drivers getting up close and personal. Check out the trucks, take photos and get autographs.
Don’t forget A&R’s custom ranch, retail meats and deli are right there, too. Another hot spot for West Coast monster trucks.
Tickets are still available at WCMTFan.com where you can pick your own seats or stop by the box office any weekday from 9am to 5:30pm.

The evening includes significant special awards and the Chamber is proud to present the following awards to community businesses and leaders: the Gene Penn Award for Business and Community Leadership, the Beauty Award, the Spirit Award and the Business of the Year Award.
The dinner will be Oct. 11 at the Rustic Rose, located at 576 Sykes Ave in Red Bluff.
This will be a spontaneous, fun event with amazing food trucks, a wine toss, whiskey wall, silent auction and community prizes.

Your bid will help the Red Bluff-Tehama County Council achieve our mission of promoting local business growth and prosperity through support of visitor attraction efforts, ongoing community awareness, local campaigns, events and networking opportunities.
City Council Candidates Night
The Red Bluff Chamber will host a Nominations Night at the Veterans Hall on Monday, October 17 at 6 p.m. You are invited to attend.
Here is the list of candidates for the three open positions: three incumbents, Kris Deiters, Daniele Eyestone, Johnna Jones and three candidates, Colton Eppers, Patrick Hurton and Cody Strock.
The venue will be open at 5:00 p.m. Tables will be provided for candidates to prepare materials or have an informal meeting before and after the program to meet and greet people.
Participants will have the opportunity to write questions at the event and place them in the question box. The council’s board members review questions and forward them to the chamber’s moderator. Each candidate will have a two minute opening statement and one minute to answer questions. At the end, they will have the opportunity to give a two-minute closing statement.
The class looks forward to putting on a great and informative evening.
Saturday farmers market
The Wednesday night market is over, but the Saturday market has all the products and vendors you love.
The market runs every Saturday from 8am to noon in River Park.
