These new company’s marketing automation solutions save valuable time in the pre-screening and deposit account opening process and enable customers to quickly launch targeted marketing campaigns and deliver the right offers to consumers at the right time.

New engagement features include:

  • Integration with MeridianLink® Opening — Customers running deposit account opening campaigns in addition to credit campaigns now offered through Meridian Link can enjoy the same frictionless discount experience® Consumer integration.
  • Home banking/online banking integrations — Engagement allows customers to include targeted campaign messaging to key audiences when they log into online or mobile banking systems. In addition to the direct mail and email channels that were initially available, Engage now enables financial institutions to advertise product offers to eligible consumers when they log into their online banking platform. If the consumer is interested, they will be redirected to a pre-filled confirmation form with one click.
  • Expanded credit bureau integration — At launch, Engage is integrated with Experian for pre-screen campaigns. Meridian Link has now expanded the integration to Equifax, so customers with a preferred relationship with a credit bureau can now use the pre-screen campaign option.
  • Extended credit campaign options — At launch, personal URLs (PURL) for each campaign member were only used in pre-filtered credit campaigns. MeridianLink has added the ability to use QR Codes and PURLs in communications for all loan campaigns, including application invitations, credit line increase programs, and preview campaigns targeting prospective members or customers for an improved user experience.
