Women’s Soccer Takes Care of Business at Union College; Ali Stanton scored a brace

Schenectady, New York – The Ithaca College women’s soccer team defeated Union College 3-2 on the road in a penalty shootout on Saturday afternoon. With the win, the Bombers improved to 9-2-3 and 4-1-1 in the Liberty League and have a three-point lead over third-place RIT and Vassar with three games remaining in the regular season.

The first two goals of the game were each scored from the penalty spot. Emma Maley got Union on the scoreboard first, netting her puck at 14:59 of the first half.
